The Fitness Booth offers a range of small group fitness classes including,
- Yoga is a discipline that connects you with your body and with your soul. Yoga strengthens the body, increases flexibility, decreases stress levels and brings about a sense of peace and harmony.
- Pilates is a fantastic way to improve balance, flexibility, core strength and posture. Its ideal for toning up – creating longer, leaner muscles. Perfect to relieve stress, increase energy levels and improve body awareness. We incorporate resistance bands, fitballs, foam rollers, balance cushions and weighted balls to keep workouts interesting and challenging.
- Zumba® is the latest in fitness fun. Ditch the workout, join the party. A Latin inspired dance class, fun for all ages, fitness and co-ordination levels.
- Bootcamp is a mixture of boxing, bodyweight exercises, walking and running drills, TRX, circuits, weights, medicine ball work, high intensity interval training and stretching. We focus on cardio and strength training, burning loads of calories and having a laugh together. Great group environment to keep each other motivated! Suitable for all fitness levels as we can adjust the intensity to suit you.
