Suitable for anyone over 16, first time or seasoned Pilates enthusiasts.
We use a range of small equipment including bands, balance discs, fitballs, weighted balls and foam rollers.

REFORMER SESSIONS
One on one pilates reformer sessions, allow you to maximise your results by working out against resistance in a very controlled and specific manner. You can expect all the mind and body benefits you get from a mat work class, though often quicker and better.
Perfect for rehabilitation, pregnancy, post natal or to target specific results. Also suitable for beginners to gain a complete understanding of pilates and its principles, and for more advanced enthusiasts to provide a new challenge.
