Perfect for those with hectic schedules and who find it hard to fit exercise into their lives. Available at the studio in Graceville or at your home or local park.

Personal or Small Group Training
Want one-on-one time to maximise results? Personal training is designed for you and targets the results you are after! Perfect for all levels, whether you are after a very specific fitness goal, or after extra motivation or to be pushed harder than you push yourself.
If you have particular restricting injuries or postural concerns, personal training is ideal, as we can design a very detailed rehab and strengthening program, getting fitness improvements without risking further damage. Also ideal for first time exercisers, as I can closely watch your technique and intensity levels to maximise results.
Being trained in pilates and yoga, I can also offer 1-on-1 without the yelling and sweating you may be hesitant about and offer core based, stretching, wellness, yoga, breath work, mediation or feel good sessions that work wonders for not only your body, but your mind and soul.
Or prefer to work out with your friends with a tailored program to suit? Can book in a regular time slot for pilates, boxing, aerobics, cardio or a combination of all at The Fitness Booth studio, to gain optimum results and motivation.
DAYTIME SPECIAL – ONLY $60 per hour between 8am and 4pm (studio only)
1-on-1 – $70 per hour or 10 pack for $650 ($65 per session)
2-3 people – $35 each per hour
4+ – $25 each per hour
